Telecom Churn Modeling Project

Churn rate is an important KPI for many telecom analytics.

Identifying customers who are likely to churn and offering incentives for customers to stay are common business practice for telecom companies.

In this project, we will:
  • Build a logistic regression model on the training data set to identify the customers who are likely going to churn.
  • Perform variable reduction techniques such as factor analysis to reduce the number of variables in the model.
  • Evaluate the logistic regression model using the testing data set.
